1. Please head to the exact address. We will give you the pin for the main entrance.

2. Inside the iron gate you will find a courtyard. Find the civic number 5356, which is a double wooden door at the right hand side of the courtyard.

3. Once you are at the front door, please contact your check-in person or our customer service Rachele at +39 3475366413 and we will open the door remotely. Please note that the signal inside building is weak.

4. You may leave the luggage besides the stairs or, if you have a few, inside the little door on your right hand side.

5. After you have positioned your belongings, please be sure that the door is well closed behind you. And please keep your belongings closed and locked at all times.
