LUGGAGE STORAGE

Our guests can store their luggage downstairs. The area is peaceful and so are the people living inside.

If the apartment is ready because the check - out was done the day before, we do allow an early check - in. Likewise, we also allow a late check-out but only in cases when there is no same day check-out/ check - in. This is more probable during low season in Venice.

Please choose your apartment down below and follow the instructions. This part will be done remotely with the help of your check - in person or our Customer Service, Rachele Lovo. They are at your disposal for further information, for giving the pin code and for opening the door.

Please note that lots of the Venitian building are extremely sturdy with very thick walls - the older they are, the sturdier - so cell reception could be bad. You could stay outside or near the door or just use our Wifi for reception.
