You will be appointed a check-in person whose job is to contact you, meet you at the meeting point, guide you to the apartment for the check-in, and be your point of reference throughout the whole stay. During check-in he or she are available to offer lots of information about the city, book restaurants and more.
You will receive an email with the number and photo of your check-in person 1 day before your arrival. Any changes will be informed via SMS or whatsapp.

MEET UP FOR THE CHECK-IN
The Meeting Point will be at Rialto line n. 2 Stop (D). Please be sure to contact your check-in person once on the boat to Rialto.
If you arrive earlier, you may easily store your luggage with us. Groups with kids or elderly people will have a priority check-in.
While every effort will be made to meet the late check-out or early check-in requirements, this will depend on the availability of the apartment. Please know that we will do our best to facilitate you.

MEET UP FOR THE CHECK-IN
Once the apartment is ready (before 3:00 P.M), your Check-In Person will contact you again, and you may decide to come back immediately or arrange another time with him/her for the actual check-in. The meeting point would be where the luggages are. The instructions are listed below. Please choose the apartment you have booked.
If you want this type of check-in, please contact our Customer Service or your Check-In Person and we will give you all the instructions.
The Full Check - In is an indepth check-in where you can take your time to ask as many questions you like.
The whole Full Check-In Process starts by showing you around the apartment and giving you instructions as to how to use the amenities.
Then it is what we call "the questions time." Your check- in person will use a complimentary Map to introduce you to the city, its areas, attractions, services, and so on. This is a very good opportunity to ask more in-depth questions or make various reservations on spot. The whole process may go from 10 minutes to 1 hour as different guests have different necessities and preferences. In other words, you decide the length of your check-in. If you wish to skip this part altogether, simply choose the "Quick Check-In Process."
The last part would be about the Registration of each guests and the Calculation of the City Tax.
Remember that your check-in person will always be at your disposal for any information or reservation during your whole stay.
The Fast Check-In is a faster way to greet our guests.
If you prefer this kind of check-in please expect Your Check-In Person to simply greet you at the Meeting Point, lead you to the apartment, show you around the apartment, do the registration and leave the keys. You can choose this type of check-in in through our Online Registration Form.
Your check-in person will nonetheless always be at your disposal for any information or reservation during your whole stay.

Please leave the keys on the table, close the windows, light, and air conditioning before leaving. The cleaning staff will then enter the apartment.
Late Check-outs can store your luggage with us.
